Initial Consultation
Call the office to schedule an appointment and we will come to your home for a free design consultation and measure.
We will be prompt and will remove our shoes!
If you are interested in plantation shutters, we will help you determine the best louver size for your windows and the look you are going for, using our full size samples, pictures and our experience.
We will help you determine the number of shutter panels for your window and show you all possible ways to mount the shutter. Most of the different options that you choose will not cost extra!
We will then determine the color using our 8 standard colors or if necessary, a custom color match. We have stained samples as well!
If blinds or shades are your preference, we will help you select the best choice for your rooms based on the best design to complement your rooms. We have endless choices to offer!
If you are unsure sure of what you want, we have experienced design professionals that will guide you in your design choices!
Then we will stretch our measuring tape and in most cases provide you with a quote on the spot. We will then invite you to tour the factory!
Installation

We will be prompt and on time!

Our installation teams are our employees and only install for Southern Accent. They are the nicest, most professional people that you will ever have perform a service in your home!

We ask someone to be present at least at the end of the installation.

All installers will clean up after the install, leaving no mess behind!

We will bring blankets to protect hardwood floors.

Upon completion, you will receive a demonstration of the proper way to operate your new shutters and blinds, as well as cleaning and care tips.

We will remove our shoes!

After installation, you will not recognize your “new” rooms! Beautiful!
